Shipping & Returns Policy

This policy complies with applicable Oregon and U.S. consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under those laws.

Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please review our return policy below:

  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this period.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of any opened, used, or partially consumed products.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required to complete your return.

If your return is approved, you will receive a refund to your original payment method once the returned product has been received and inspected.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Any product that has been opened or used

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or promotional items

How to Return Your Item

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Products

We take great care in packaging our products, but if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Gillies@houseofspainevoo.com with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We’ll gladly arrange for a replacement or refund.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency you select. Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be charged for each delivery unless you choose to cancel.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

  • Auto-Renewal: Some subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew, you must cancel before your next billing date.

  • Shipped Orders: If you cancel your subscription after an order has shipped, you may return the unopened product for a refund in accordance with our return policy above.
